Michelle Crossland 2With a MSc in Human Resource Development and Organisational Change and over 25 years business experience balanced across both the Public and Private Sectors, she possesses Senior Strategic and Operational experience which ensures a broad picture perspective and helps her to understand and support others with the leadership challenges in today’s competitive environment.

The synergy between extensive experience of Strategic Organisational Development and the delivery of Strategic and Operational objectives means she is ideally placed and committed to ensure excellence in Service delivery for Intuition clients and candidates alike.

An intuitive communicator and innovator, with exceptional relationship skills, she inspires others to Share the Vision and commit to the cause.

Michelle’s main responsibilities are the Strategic and Operational Development of the business to ensure that Intuition is delivering the products and services that the market demands within a Quality Assurance Framework.  This commitment to Standards and Quality Assurance is further evidenced in her voluntary role with the EMCC as Director of EQA and Standards where she hopes to influence the on-going drive for standards within the Coaching and Mentoring professions.
