Sandra GoodardSandra is a strategic and innovative Business Psychologist and Organisation Development professional of 29 years.

She specialises in helping leaders and senior management teams to identify and implement commercially focused actions to meet current demands whilst proactively planning for the future. She works in true partnership with her clients, developing tailored creative and practical solutions to meet their specific business, organisational and professional needs.  She has worked across the public and most private sectors, large and small organisations.

Sandra is passionate about “making the ‘art of the possible’ happen” – through realising individual, team and organisation effectiveness and potential.  She has been coaching since 1991 and, since 2002, designing and facilitating coaching skills training often within broader contexts of organisational development and change.
