Coaching & Mentoring

CPD for Coaching and Mentoring Professionals

Continuing Professional Development (CPD), as stated by the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD), is 'a combination of approaches, ideas and techniques that will help you manage your own learning and growth. The focus of CPD is firmly on results – the benefits that professional development can bring you in the real world'.

Many professions adopt CPD practice as a method of ensuring that individuals commit to their ongoing personal and professional development.

The Coaching and Mentoring professions are no different and it is now becoming a pre-requsite that individuals can demonstrate their ongoing commitment to development and more importantly the application of this in the work that they do.

At Intuition we have developed and continue to develop a range of CPD activities and workshops which are just as applicable whether you are a Coach, Mentor, Manager or Leader.  Our ethos, as you would expect, is that of a Coaching philosophy.  Our approach in these sessions is exploration of theory, practical application and workplace modelling.

Demonstration of CPD is required in many professions and is a requirement of maintaining or furthering Membership Status or experience.  Demonstration of Professional Development is also an essential element of an European Individual Accreditation (EIA) application with the EMCC.

Intuition delivers a range of tailored In-House CPD activities and workshops for organisations who are focused on developing their own people.

In addition Intuition will be launching a programme of CPD activities later this year to support individuals within all professions to apply coaching focused solutions within their own professional domains.  These events will be offered as public access.
