Our ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management has also achieved the EMCC Practitioner Quality Award. This means that when you complete the ILM Programme you will also achieve certification at Practitioner level from the EMCC.
The EMCC Quality Award places a key emphasis on the practical application of the skills of coaching and mentoring. Professional competence in application and practice is developed throughout the duration of the programme. This means that in addition to the exploration of underpinning theory, that you will be supported to develop professional practice and competence in the application of the skills.
By completing our EMCC Practitioner Award Programme you will be developing your skills to Practitioner Level as detailed in the EMCC Competency Framework.

If on successful completion of our programme you want to progress to the EMCC European Individual Accreditation (EIA) Benchmark Quality Standard for practising Coaches and Mentors the assessment process becomes easier – a definite win for you!!
You will immediately be able to demonstrate you Qualification and Competence at Practitioner level by confirming your completion of our EQA Training Programme.
