The Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches is aimed at individuals who will be significantly involved in workplace coaching - within an organisation or as a Freelancer.
Participants complete the same three mandatory units as in the Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers but also complete an additional unit:
- Undertaking an Extended Period of Supervised Coaching in the Workplace - In this practical unit participants will develop and improve their workplace coaching, planning, organising and evaluating at least 30 hours of coaching.
What is the format and how long will it take?
The programme delivers 36 hours of Guided Learning Time. Completion is typically over a six to eight month timeframe. There are two routes of study available:
- Distance Learning - self directed learning supported by your own experienced Coach-Mentor.
- Classroom Based Programme - includes 3 Classroom Days, Distance Learning Actitivies and supported by your own experienced Coach-Mentor with extended Supervision.
Currently the Classroom Based Programme is only available as an In-house programe for a minimum of 6 delegates.
