The Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in Executive Coaching/ and/or Leadership Mentoring - within an organisation or more likely as a Freelancer.
Participants complete the same three mandatory units as in the Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management but also complete an additional unit:

Undertaking an Extended Period of Leadership Mentoring or Executive Coaching - In this practical unit participants will develop and improve their performance as Management Coaches/Leadership Mentors and as Reflective Practitioners, taking around 125 hours to plan, organise and evaluate an extended period of coaching or mentoring.
What is the format and how long will it take?
The programme delivers 65 hours of Guided Learning Time. Completion is typically over a twelve to eighteen month timeframe. There is one route of study available.

Classroom Based Programme - A blended learning approach including 5 Classroom Days (1+2+2), distance learning activities, one-to-one coaching, observed coaching, assessment teleseminar. All supported by your own dedicated Coach-Mentor with extended Supervision.
Currently this programme is available In-house for a minimum of 6 delegates or as an Open Access Programme.
