Our one Day Coaching Skills Workshop provides an introduction to the core skills of coaching and the application of these skills within the workplace.
A highly interactive and facilitative workshop, led by our accredited and experienced Coaching Practitioners and Business Professionals, delegates can be assured that they will gain a 'real' perspective and understanding of Coaching in the Workplace.
By the end of the Workshop delegates will have been introduced to:
- the Core Skills of Coaching
- the GROW Model, and
- received a number of tools for their Managerial Coaching Toolkit
A feature of the day is that delegates will receive ample opportunity to practise their skills in a safe environment with developmental feedback provided by the Facilitator on the programme.
This workshop can be delivered is currently delivered as an In-House programme for a minimum of 6 delegates.
