Intuition is proud to be an organisational member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a holder of the coveted Quality Award at Practitioner Level for our flagship ILM Level 5 programme - only one of a handful of training providers that hold this Award within the UK.
Intuition has been a key contributor to the work of the EMCC with regards to establishing the Professional and Research Based Competency Standards for Coaching and Mentoring Practitioners and Training Programmes across Europe and we are continuing to support the ongoing work of the EMCC.
One of our Directors, Mike Hurley, recently held and completed the 3 year office of President of the EMCC UK Board during its most ground breaking and active phase being pivotal in defining the way forward.
All Intuition programmes are mapped against the EMCC Competency framework to ensure they develop competence at the appropriate level.
What this means to you as a delegate on an Intuition accredited programme is that you can be confident that you will be supported to develop the knowledge, skills and competence to Coach and Mentor to the highest professional standards
Successful completion of our programmes will enable you to work towards your European Individual Accreditation (EIA) with the EMCC which benchmarks your professional and successful ongoing coaching and mentoring practice. You will have confidence that you will already have fulfilled the Qualification and Competence element of your EIA application with the EMCC.
Equally HR and Learning and Development Specialists can be confident that they will be choosing appropriate programmes for developing their own managers and leaders in Coaching and/or Mentoring.
