The Manager as Mentor creates a supportive environment to develop talent, promoting individual employee growth and development that enables knowledge transfer, retention of key staff and employee satisfaction.
By developing the core skills of Mentoring (which we happen to believe are the core skills of Coaching) you will be able to support individuals effectively in their personal and professional growth.
Both the ILM Level 3 Award and Certificate in Effective Mentoring are experiential programmes where you will learn practical skills that make a real difference. We will not ‘spout’ management theory that you are left to apply in the workplace, instead we will support you with practical hints. tips and approaches that will help you get the best from your people.
