One-to-one coaching allows for detailed and focused work on an individual’s personal development needs. It is a tailored approach where an individual is supported by a coach who acts as a sounding board; challenges thinking; stimulates creativity; provides tools and techniques for dealing with situations; gives encouragement; and builds confidence.

The Coach will pose questions to support individuals to work towards and achieve their full potential. They will help them overcome barriers and get from where they are now to where they want to be. They will be supported to unlock their own solutions and take full responsibility for their outcomes.
A bespoke coaching programme is agreed with the client at the outset where the number of sessions, frequency and length of sessions are confirmed. Coaching can be conducted face-to-face, over the telephone or a combination of both with adhoc contact via email and phone as required.
