I have been inspiring people to achieve for over forty years. I continue to explore my passion for helping to release the potential I believe lies within everyone now as a Coaching Partner with Intuition Discovery and Development Limited. As the former Head of Mentoring and Supervision at Coaching and Mentoring International Limited, I developed a range of programmes to train Mentors and Supervisors to the highest of standards. Currently, being part of the training of ex-military personnel as mentors to support young people in schools is a pleasure and a privilege.
