A highly experienced Coach, Mentor and Supervisor has a holistic, non-directive philosophy of coaching working with Board Members, Fast Track Managers and Partners in the professions. His principal coaching focus is on organisations, teams or individuals going through transition and supporting the development of multi-level leadership capabilities and high performance. He also works extensively with business owner-managers and Small and Medium Enterprises.
He has been an influential contributor to the work of the EMCC having held the position of Chairman of the EMCC UK Standards Committee and then elected as President of the EMCC UK Board in 2008, which he held for three years. He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and seminars.
Possessing major corporate, board level experience in financial services, vehicle contracting, training and personal development and consultancy and former Divisional Director within HSBC’s Asset Finance business in the UK he understands and can relate first hand to the challenges of those people he supports. His powerful insight and ability to understand the corporate arena adds a rich dimension to his coaching.
His main areas of responsibility are around the Strategic Development of the organisation and development and delivery of programmes.
